Federal authorities are looking for a couple accused of billing the Rhode Island School of Design for more than $1-million worth of fire-safety work that was never performed, the Associated Press reported. The couple, Patrick Clyne and Ibtisama Bradley, are believed to have fled to Ireland. Prosecutors say Mr. Clyne, a onetime employee of the school, approved bills submitted by a front company set up by Ms. Bradley. The alleged scheme resembles one at Webster University, where a former manager pleaded guilty two weeks ago to stealing $400,000. —Andrew Mytelka
