Three members of the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity at Florida A&M University have pleaded no contest to a charge of beating a pledge, the Associated Press reported, in a case in which a jury convicted two other fraternity members of felony hazing three months ago. By pleading no contest to the lesser charge of misdemeanor hazing, the three avoided jail terms. Instead they were sentenced to probation and work camp.
