Franklin & Marshall, Fashionable in Italy

Not Harvard. Not Notre Dame. Not Stanford. Perhaps the leading name on collegiate sportswear in Europe, where American logos rule, is -- huh? -- Franklin & Marshall, the small liberal-arts college in Pennsylvania.

Traveling through Europe recently, some Franklin & Marshall alumni were surprised to see their alma mater's name on 1950s-style collegiate sweatshirts and long-sleeve T-shirts sported by trendy Italian teenagers.
