Foundation Sues College in Sante Fe
The foundation once responsible for raising money and managing $4.5-million in assets for Santa Fe Community College is suing the New Mexico institution and its president.
The Foundation for the Santa Fe Community College was established to solicit donations and administer the funds, but in August the college's Governing Board dissolved the foundation and replaced it.
In a letter to college employees, the board wrote that a review of the foundation's activities had led the board
