Former Professor Wins $5.3-Million in Lawsuit Against Fairleigh Dickinson U.
A New Jersey jury handed a former history professor a $5.3-million verdict against Fairleigh Dickinson University in May after finding that the university had violated New Jersey's whistle-blower law and inflicted intentional emotional distress.
