Former President Sues Board Chairman

David C. Stinebeck, who until last week was interim president of Albright College, has filed a civil suit against Salvatore M. Cutrona Sr., chairman of the Board of Trustees, charging that Mr. Cutrona sabotaged his candidacy for the permanent presidency of the college.
