Former Head of Key House Panel Joins High-Powered Law Firm
John Edward Porter, who served 11 terms in the U.S. House of Representatives before retiring in January, plans to keep his clout on Capitol Hill.
Mr. Porter, known for his support of medical research, has joined Hogan & Hartson, a high-powered Washington law firm.
