Former Administrator Sues U. of Tennessee at Knoxville Over E-Mail Privacy

Pamela S. Reed, a former administrator at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, has filed a $14-million lawsuit against the university and three of its administrators. The suit accuses them of violating her civil rights and her privacy by publicly disseminating her e-mail messages and other personal information.
