Foreign Students in New Zealand Enjoy Lowest Cost of Living; U.S. Diplomats' Visit to 'Madrassa' Arouses Anger
International students at New Zealand's universities enjoy lower living costs and tuition than do their counterparts at many other institutions of higher education in the English-speaking world.
