Foreign Students Say Australian Trade School Cheated Them; Yemeni University Maintains Illegal Jail, Human-Rights Group Charges
Foreign students at a new, for-profit computer-training college in Sydney, Australia, say they shelled out a total of more than $206,000 for nonexistent courses and inadequate facilities.
