Food Flight
As you might have guessed, the ingredients in the "Mexican Lunch" served at Middlebury College aren't actually products of Mexico. Instead they are from the Vermont cities of Colchester and North Springfield, and from a nearby farm.
Through a food-mapping system conceived and crafted by students, the college is taking a look at where its cafeteria food originates and how that affects the local economy and the environment.
