Florida Governor Proposes $52.4-Million Plan to Increase Black Enrollment
In an effort to reverse a dip in black enrollment at Florida universities, Gov. Jeb Bush has announced a $52.4-million program that includes tutoring for minority high-school students and scholarships for those who are first in their family to go to college.
