Fla. College Reaches Tentative Settlement
Edward Waters College has agreed to drop its lawsuit against the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools if the association restores the college's accreditation.
In a joint motion filed in U.S. District Court in Jacksonville, Fla., the college and its accreditor asked a judge to suspend the lawsuit, pending the outcome of a June 23 meeting.
