First Lady Chides N.Y. Mayor for Criticism of Public Education

Hillary Rodham Clinton last week briefly jumped into the political fight embroiling the City University of New York, making a few jabs at a prominent CUNY critic, Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani of New York.
