Fewer Foreigners Go Home After Earning U.S. Doctorates
Foreign Ph.D.'s Who Stay in the U.S.A higher percentage of foreign doctoral students in science and engineering are choosing to remain in the United States after they finish their degrees, according to a study financed by the National Science Foundation.
The study, which was published in November and based on students' tax records, found that 71 percent of foreign citizens who received doctorates in science or engineering
