Fewer Colleges Cut Information-Technology Budgets This Year, Survey Finds

Fewer colleges are putting technology programs on the chopping block this year than in the recent past, but a fourth of colleges are still cutting information-technology spending in their budgets for the current academic year, according to survey results released last week.
