Minority Professors Are Underrepresented in Top Science Programs, Report Says
Students in underrepresented minority groups earn undergraduate and doctoral degrees in science and engineering at much greater rates than minority professors hold faculty jobs in those same disciplines at the nation's top research universities.
That is a key finding of a new report, released on Wednesday, that was financed by the National Science Foundation and the Alfred P. Sloan
