Fees for Distance-Education Students and Their Peers on Campuses

In reading "Should Distance Students Pay for Campus-Based Services?" (September 14), I was placed in an awkward position. ... As an administrator, I can understand that a decrease in student fees could result in a loss of revenue, causing some administrative budget cuts.
