Federal Panel Upholds Misconduct Finding Against Baylor Medical Researcher
In an important victory for federal and university scientific-misconduct investigators, an appeals panel at the Department of Health and Human Services has upheld a finding by its Office of Research Integrity that a professor at the Baylor College of Medicine committed scientific misconduct while running a laboratory there.
