Federal Panel Releases Papers on Its Key Ideas

The federal Commission on the Future of Higher Education has released a series of papers on key topics, including accountability, accreditation, college costs, and consumer information, that are meant to assist the panel as it prepares to deliver its final report to the education secretary, Margaret Spellings, by August 1.
