Federal Panel Lambastes Education Department's Plan on Computer Modernization
A panel that advises Congress on student-aid policy sent a letter to lawmakers late last month that contained a stinging critique of the Education Department's year-long effort to modernize the delivery of billions of dollars of federal financial aid to students and colleges.
