Federal Judge Dismisses Challenge to Policies of Public Black Colleges in Georgia

A federal judge this month dismissed a portion of a discrimination lawsuit in which four Georgia residents claimed that policies at the state's three historically black public institutions had thwarted "meaningful desegregation" of the state's university system.
