Federal Government Drops Lawsuit Against University Over Border Fence
A federal judge on Wednesday dismissed a U.S. government lawsuit against the University of Texas at Brownsville and Texas Southmost College after the university agreed to allow access to federal surveyors who are laying the groundwork for a controversial fence along the U.S.-Mexico border.
