Federal Court Upholds U. of Oregon's Policy on Mandatory Student Fees

A federal appeals court has rejected claims by a group of University of Oregon students that their constitutional rights would be violated if money from their mandatory student fees were given to a local public-interest group that, they say, supports liberal causes.
