Federal Appeals Court to Rehear Harassment Suit Against U. of North Carolina Coach
A federal appeals court has agreed to rehear a sexual-harassment lawsuit against the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's women's soccer coach.
The decision comes two months after the court upheld the dismissal of the case. All 12 active judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit will hear the appeal, a rare event. The court, which announced its plans quietly in June, did not explain its reason for granting the appeal.
