Federal Appeals Court Upholds Carleton College's Dismissal of a Union Organizer

A federal appeals court has upheld Carleton College's 1996 dismissal of Karl Diekman, an adjunct music professor, finding that it was unrelated to his efforts to unionize adjuncts.
