'Fatal Error' Messages Startle More Than 400 People Taking Computerized GMAT

More than 400 people taking the Graduate Management Admission Test by computer last month got "fatal error" messages from the test's software, startling some and panicking others. Many people left the testing sites confused and angry, and at least two believe that the glitch affected their scores.
