Faculty Votes No Confidence in President of U. of Maine at Presque Isle
Faculty members at the University of Maine at Presque Isle have voted no confidence in the campus's president, Karl E. Burgher, who has been on the job since July.
After the vote, the Faculty Assembly sent a letter to the university system's chancellor calling for Mr. Burgher's ouster.
The Faculty Assembly at Presque Isle's May vote was unanimous.
