Faculty-Retirement Policy Is Key, Business Officers Are Told

College policies on faculty retirement are usually developed by professors and academic administrators. But campus business officers have an important stake in the issue and need to get more involved.

That was the message last week from speakers at the annual meeting of the National Association of College and University Business Officers.
