Some 50 faculty members sued Tulsa Community College on Wednesday, accusing the Oklahoma institution of cheating them out of pension benefits that they thought had accrued over their years of service, according to a report in Tulsa Today. The faculty members say that their retirement plan is written in a confusing way that favors administrators over instructors, who often work only 9, 10, or 11 months of the year.
