Facing Lawsuit, NotHarvard.com Changes Name
NotHarvard.com said last month that it had changed its name to Powered Inc. in hopes of avoiding litigation over its use of the "NotHarvard" domain name.
But Harvard University, which sued the company in August, said it would not drop the suit because the company was still operating the NotHarvard Web site. The suit charges the company with infringing and diluting the university's trademark. A hearing on the matter is scheduled for next week in federal
