FDA Lets U. of Colorado Resume Some Research Involving Humans
The Food and Drug Administration has lifted a suspension of research involving human subjects at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, after concluding that the institution was strengthening its oversight of such research work.
The agency ordered the suspension in September, charging that the university had not properly maintained documents on research involving human subjects. The health-sciences center was prevented from enrolling new subjects
