FBI Says University Founder Defrauded Chinese Students

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has arrested the founder of an unaccredited university on Saipan, accusing him of defrauding more than 80 Chinese students out of more than half a million dollars by luring them to study at a campus that was far less than he advertised it to be.

An indictment issued by the federal district court in Saipan, the capital of the U.S. Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, charges Soon Kyung Park with inducing "interstate and foreign transportation
