Excerpts From Supreme Court Ruling on Military Recruiters on Campuses
Following are excerpts from the Supreme Court's ruling in Rumsfeld v. Forum for Academic Rights, in which the justices ruled 8-0 that colleges must open their campuses to military recruiters if they wish to receive federal funds. The opinion was written by Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr.
