Ex-Enron Directors Settle for $168-Million
The University of California announced this month that it and other plaintiffs in a class-action lawsuit against the Enron Corporation have agreed to a $168-million settlement with 18 former directors of the energy company who were accused of contributing to an accounting scandal that resulted in Enron's collapse and billions of dollars in investment losses.
Under the agreement, which was reached last October and is subject to court approval, 10 of the former directors will pay a total
