Ex-Employees Were Philippines Abductors
Disgruntled former employees at a university in the southern Philippines were behind last month's kidnapping of 13 students and faculty members, according to the institution's president. All of the hostages were eventually freed, but one police officer was shot and killed during the rescue operation.
