Lessons From Katrina Improve Colleges' Evacuations for Hurricane Gustav
Hurricane Gustav slammed ashore about 70 miles southwest of New Orleans on Monday, downing trees, ripping off roof tiles, and knocking power from evacuated campuses but sparing them the devastation that Katrina wrought three years ago.
