European Universities Must Adapt in an Era of Global Competition
Earlier this year, education ministers from 32 European countries convened in Prague to evaluate the results of a remarkable change of direction. That change, which was begun by what Europeans call the Bologna Declaration, occurred two years ago in the Italian city of the same name.
