European Union Mulls Site of Institute to Stem Brain Drain
The European Union unveiled plans last month to establish an institute that would foster research and innovation and help deter researchers and scientists from leaving Europe to work elsewhere.
Still to be decided is whether the European Institute of Technology will be a single research center or have facilities at a network of existing universities.
