Enrollments Fall Again at Graduate Schools, Report Says

Enrollment of graduate students has dropped for the second year in a row, according to a report by the Council of Graduate Schools. A strong job market for B.A.'s and a relatively weak one for Ph.D.'s may be responsible for the decline.
