Emory Settles Patent Dispute Over AIDS Drugs
Emory University has settled a patent dispute with GlaxoSmithKline and Shire Pharmaceuticals Group over the rights to three promising anti-AIDS drugs. Financial terms were not disclosed, but Emory is likely to receive many millions of dollars in the years ahead.
