Efforts to Expand G.I. Bill Gain Ground in Congress

Momentum is building in Congress for a bill that would significantly expand tuition benefits for veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The legislation, which would cover up to the full cost of a four-year education at a public college, may be attached to a war-spending bill that lawmakers are expected to take up soon.
