Educause Effort Helps Colleges Serving Minority Students
Educause is seeking a few good American Indian, black, and Latino colleges.
In an effort to build up the high-tech capacities of minority-serving institutions, the consortium is looking for colleges to operate distance-learning facilities that other minority-serving colleges could use.
