Educators to Create Technology Institute in Africa
A group of African educators and scientists plans to create a multicampus science-and-technology institute to improve science education in sub-Saharan Africa and stem the flow of scientists out of the continent.
The African Institute of Science and Technology is the brainchild of the Nelson Mandela Foundation for Knowledge Building and the Advancement of Science and Technology in Sub-Saharan Africa.
