Educators Propose Trust to Globalize British and American Universities
A new report recommends the creation of an Anglo-American organization that would support students, individual researchers, and teams of scholars through globally focused programs at American and British universities, as well as in service opportunities in the developing world.
The proposed Atlantic Trust would encompass a more multilateral, network-based approach than do existing programs like the Fulbright, Marshall, and Rhodes scholarships, say the authors of the report,
