Education Minister in South Africa Seeks Better Training for Aspiring Teachers
South Africa's newly appointed Minister of Education, Kader Asmal, plans to challenge the country's universities to assist in the development of a national in-service training program for aspiring teachers and to provide more programs for adult learners.
