Eastern Oregon U. Settles One of 2 Harassment Suits
One of two sexual-harassment lawsuits filed last year against an administrator at Eastern Oregon University, the university itself, and the Oregon State Board of Higher Education has been settled and dismissed.
An agreement filed in state court in August settled the lawsuit brought by a staff employee who said Robert L. Davis, director of undergraduate studies, had raped her during a trip to Atlanta to attend an educational seminar.
