EPA Prods New England Colleges on Environmental Regulations
U. of New Hampshire faces a fine of $300,000
In a new effort to push colleges in New England to comply with environmental regulations, the Environmental Protection Agency last week charged the University of New Hampshire with violating laws on hazardous materials.
The agency is seeking $300,000 in fines from the university for allegedly storing and labeling chemicals improperly at laboratories and other campus
