EPA Expands Inquiries Into Campus Polluters

Since Environmental Protection Agency officials in Boston, Philadelphia, and San Francisco began taking a closer look at buildings and storage facilities on college campuses this summer, the list of alleged health risks has grown.

A tip from a professor at West Virginia University has left the Mountaineers' 18,000-seat Coliseum closed indefinitely for the removal of asbestos-laced stucco on the arena's ceiling and the testing of the air inside. University
