EPA Bends Waste Rules for 3 Colleges in Test
The Environmental Protection Agency last month approved an experiment in which three New England colleges will attempt to meet a target for increased recycling of hazardous chemical wastes from laboratory experiments. If they are successful, the agency, in return, will relax federal environmental rules governing such wastes.
